Laser Cutting Blank Of Saw Blade

The initial process in the manufacture of circular saw blades is to cut the shape of the saw using a high powered C02 laser. The shape of the saw and features are designed and drawn in a CAD program which can then be used by the laser to generate the cutting path.  Laser cutting shape, bore and pin holes to avoid the vibration and noise under the cutting condition.

The cutting of the saw blank, laser cutting is undoubtedly a better processing method, laser processing heat affected area is small, high processing accuracy, smooth cutting section, no burr slag, without deformation on saw blank, processing faster.
